There are two (2) entry doors on the main level.
Door 1 – Building Access:
Building Door Code: 3269
Lockbox :
Behind the exterior door, there is a lockbox. Code: 9821
Grab 1 set of keys! Leave 1 set.
Keys/FOBs:
There will be two key chains (each with a key and a fob) in the lockbox, and one key chain with key and fob on the fireplace in the living room.
TAKE ONLY 1 KEY CHAIN, LEAVE 1 IN THE LOCKBOX. That way you won’t ever get locked out.
Keys and FOBs cost each about $150 US to get copied so please don’t lose any.
WHEN YOU CHECK OUT: Please leave 1 on the mantle and 2 in the lockbox.
Door 2 – Security door:
To open the security door, you will need a key fob, which is on the set of keys.
There is an intercom but, YOU SHOULD USE THE KEY FOB.
The key fob also works on the exterior of the building.
Apartment Access:
3rd floor (i.e. walk up 2 flights of stairs), door on the left (right in front of you).
(The French call this the 2nd floor, the Americans call it the 3rd)
The door bell is labeled “Mathieu”.
Communication:
We can be reached by Airbnb, WhatsApp, or telephone +1 208 309 1329 (Anna), or +1 208 309 1510 (Eric) however we are in the US – 8 hours later than Paris time.

Check Out Instructions:
PLEASE FOLLOW THE KEY/FOB DIRECTIONS AND MAKE SURE THERE ARE 2 SETS IN THE LOCKBOX DOWNSTAIRS WHEN YOU LEAVE, AND 1 SET ON THE CHIMNEY MANTLE.
It would be appreciated if you could take the garbage out on your way out and leave the towels and sheets consolidated in the kitchen or the bathroom.

Metro Line 1. Stop: Saint Mandé. Exit #5 Place de la Prevoyance. Walk down Rue des Laitières to Place Renon, go right and the building is on the corner of Rue Massue and Rue Renon.
From the airport, I’d suggest Uber or the GPS on your rental car/Google maps.

This is in French. Sorry I am not that familiar with the parking rules so if you don’t read French, you may want to rethink the rental car thing, and just take the metro.
